Rebecca Hass and Jesse Plessis (Nistwayr) will work on personal story telling through music.
After the death of her father 10 years ago, a family secret was revealed- she was Métis. Since then, Rebecca has engaged deeply in recovering, reclaiming and revitalizing the traditions and teachings from her Métis ancestors. Through stories and songs of her own creation, Rebecca takes you on a journey of her own ancestral reclamation through the Métis kitchen party, which she remembers from her childhood. Join Rebecca for a free pre-show song and story sharing workshop, and join the kitchen party!
